Corruption and bribery represent one of the greatest challenges to institutional integrity and sustainable development on a global scale. Despite regulatory efforts, the persistence of corrupt practices highlights the need for robust anti-bribery models that align with ethical theories and international standards. This study aims to analyze the theoretical and regulatory foundations that support anti-bribery models, assessing their effectiveness and application across different organizational contexts. A qualitative methodology was employed, based on documentary review and critical analysis of international regulations. In addition, semi-structured interviews were conducted with experts in compliance and corporate ethics to deepen the understanding of practices and challenges in implementing such models. The findings show that the effectiveness of anti-bribery frameworks depends not only on formal compliance with regulations but also on the presence of an ethical organizational culture and committed leadership. Moreover, gaps were identified in the adaptation of international standards to local realities, which limits their impact. Experts emphasized the importance of continuous training, transparency, and internal whistleblowing mechanisms as key pillars for prevention. In conclusion, anti-bribery models require holistic integration that combines theory, standards, and organizational practice to strengthen corruption prevention. The effective adoption of these models can significantly contribute to building more ethical and sustainable environments globally.
